It has everything you need for a luxury holiday with communal pool, jacuzzi and a children's play area.The penthouse is built on two floors and consists of three terraces in total, a covered terrace with sofa, dining table and a sun lounger, a roof terrace with seating area, dining table and three sun loungers and a smaller, north facing terrace for hot days.The holiday flat consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open plan kitchen with separate utility room, a spacious living/dining room with access to the large covered terrace with spectacular sea and pool views.On the entrance level is the open plan kitchen with living and dining area, the covered terrace and two bedrooms sharing a bathroom. On the upper floor is the master bedroom with a double bed and en suite bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with blinds to ensure your rest.Bath towels and bed linen are provided, and for a small fee beach towels are available, so you only need to bring your personal items for your holiday at Miradores del Sol.Both bathrooms are equipped with modern showers, washbasin, toilet and hairdryer. It also has all kinds of kitchen utensils such as plates, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses and champagne glasses, etc. The laundry room is equipped with washing machine and dryer.The holiday flat is located next to many golf courses and only 5 minutes from Puerto Banus.
